JOURNEY TO USS PART 4

1. There were so many attraction at the first location that we dropped by. Not far from the main entrance was a place we you can have a chance to wear some unique hats and used them as your costume dressing. But I did not have photos to share here since mos to our time busy looking around, who knows you might meet some Harrison Ford look alike guy...Ermmm...

2. This red bus was one of the American Icon in those days. We used to see this type of school bus in the movie. 

3. We took our time taking some photoshots at some best locations. As there was so many places that we need to go afterwards, we may not have time to do this after we passed by.

4. My daughter Ellisha also did not want miss doing some posing at the restaurant at USS. There were some HALAL Restaurant inside USS just you need to chose. Even Surau also provided within the area. So no need to worry about that. For sure, that while enjoying the entertaining place, our obligation with God shall not left behind......Talking about the food price, I think it would be a bit expensive, I just brought 500SGD and with such amount enough to go around , buying some souvenirs , getting some drinks at sgd5.90 per mug and if you want to have a NASI BERYANI then there was a Local Food Court just outside USS Entrance Gate. It gonna cost you around SGD9.00 per plate. Sound like the price in Malaysia but in Singapore currency....

JOURNEY TO USS PART 3

1. From Amansari Express Hotel in Johore Bahru, we need to hire one SUV at a cost of RM 700 per day complete with Chauffeur as we are not familiar with the road and direction to cross Johore Causeway..But before that we need to get ready all the Immigration Form duly filled and attached with Passport. You can get the form from the chauffeur that you hired. He will help you to get the form. Its free....... Actually we came to Johore together with a family of my friend, Azman Hassan. So he did the travel arrangement quite well. I just made the hotel booking at Agoda.com. One  more thing, you  need to but entrance ticket via online, otherwise you will be waiting at the ticket counter for a little bit of time. 

2. The journey gonna takes 2 hours depending on the flow of traffic at the causeway and at Singapore Checkpoint. So you need to get up early in order to get to USS on time. Dont wanna miss anything as the entertainment start as early as 10am.

A JOURNEY TO UNIVERSAL STUDIO...PART 2

At the hotel, we were surprised to know that there were another Amansari Hotel located within city center and what we have booked was the one at the top of the hill facing the Strait of Tebrau. We mislooked on this actually as we never thought there were another hotel with the same name at the same areas. 

4. But even the hotel are quite far from the city center, we still feel comfortable with the room provided. It was a very fortunate event. otherwise we may need to look for another hotel and some cash may burnt out again!. We booked three rooms to cater everybody comfortably.

A JOURNEY TO UNIVERSAL STUDIO... PART ONE

Its been a very long time not having any holiday tour since our last family vacation to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah in 2010. This time we planned to pay a visit to Universal Studio, Singapore with my other friend. Being there for the first time would one our the best moment we had after getting through all sweats completing our lecturing classes in at CIDB, Kuching.

1. Our plan to go there was initiated since January 2014 but manage to fly down to Singapore via Johore Baharu soon after Chinese New Year. Some old belief said dont go there during CNY afraid you might experience a massive people traffic jam. So we picked the suitable dates and time and fly by AirAsia, the only cheapest airlines in Malaysia. No choice even i prefer to fly with MAS.
